Just moments from the beaches of Nationals and Little Cove, this dated beachside home has been lovingly reimagined. The reworked layout invites a gentler flow, welcoming guests through a new front entry and introducing a graceful powder room below.
At its heart, a steel tilting window opens wide from the kitchen, drawing the outdoors in. Built-in bench seats on either side offer a quiet place to pause, where light and breeze move freely through.
Inspired by the soulful minimalism of Brazilian interiors, the palette is both raw and refined—marble basins and benchtops lend an earthy elegance, softened by the warmth of terracotta and hand-rendered textures. It’s a home attuned to its tropical setting, crafted for barefoot days and slow, sea-salted living.
